1. Definitions used in Terms and Conditions policy:

“We”, “Us” or “Our” means City Safety Solutions – our Trading name. We is selling Health and Safety training products such as CSCS Booklets and CD-Roms. Also We provide services to assist in booking CSCS test. CSCS scheme is owned by Construction Skills Certification Scheme, You can find more information about them by visiting their website at http://www.cscs.uk.com

“You” or “Your” means the customer who purchases goods or services from City Safety Solutions.

"Test" means any variation of ConstrutionSkills test.

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all payments You make to Us over the phone. Please read them as they contain information about your rights and obligations. You will find delivery, returns and cancellation policies as well. By purchasing products or services from Us You acknowledge that read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised Terms and Conditions will apply to new sales and contracts only.

2. Payment Policy.

We accept payment by credit/debit cards, cheques, bank direct deposit and bank transfer. Please note full cleared payment required before we dispatch any products or book any test for you. When making payment you must provide your credit/debit number and other details requested over the telephone to our agent.

If Payment by credit/debit card is declined We will contact You to check payments details again.

We may also accept payments by cheque/bank deposit transfer. You should make your cheques payable to "City Safety Solutions" and post them to:

You should allow extra 4 working days for cheques to clear.

Payments by Direct Bank Deposit are cleared same day. Please phone us for our bank details

3. Our prices Policy.

All our prices for revision materials include postage, packing and handling fees. We may change them from time to time. You may always call Us on 0870 803 1085 to check the latest price. Also you can check the latest price online at:

CSCS test booking fee is £29.99. It includes Construction Skills/Prometric CITB-Construction test fee of £17.50 and our service charge.

Prices for services and revision products may slightly vary if you pay over the phone or online in our shop.
From time to time we will revise prices and change them accordingly.

3.1.Revision materials delivery policy.

We will dispatch products same or next working day after receiving cleared payments. We mainly use 1st Class Royalmail delivery method. You can expect delivery within 3 working days after you make payment. Please note we will dispatch to billing address of your credit/debit card. Please advise us if you want products to be dispatch to different address.

We cannot be responsible if You order incorrect product from us or provide with wrong address information when booking test

5.Test booking policy.

5.1 Booking over the phone:
Please call us on 0845 519 0015 to check available time slots for CSCS test. We will need to take personal information over the phone to book appointment for CSCS test for You. Please have your credit/debit card ready to make payment. Once We finish booking You for test we send confirmation via SMS text to Your mobile with CSCS test centre address and time. You will also be advised which ID You will need to bring with You. You will also be asked whether You wish to receive same confirmation on You email. 
If you require we can send a printed copy of your test confirmation to your home address free of charge. The same applies to invoice/receipt.

6. Returns policy for revision materials. Refunds

You may return the any revision product you purchased from us. Please call us on 0845 519 0015 or email at sales@cscstest.com within 7 working days from the day you made payment to us.
We will advise on where to send products. Once we received products we will issue refund less £3 administrate charge fee to your debit/credit card or by cheque within 1 week.

Please note that we may refuse refund request or refund partially if:

  • The products returned have been damaged in any way.
  • Have been used or opened(applicable to CD-Rom)
  • If any part of training product is missing
  • If product has been used or has signs that it is been used


7. Test Cancellation Policy. Refunds

Your right to cancel booked test.
If you wish to cancel your test you need to contact us on 0845 519 0015. If your test was not yet booked and paid for with Prometric you will get full refund of money you paid to us. We can issue refund by cheque/bank transfer or directly to your credit/debit card you used when making a payment.

If you test was booked with Promtric. If you call us 3 full working days before your test. (Do not include the day you call on and the day of test. For example if you test on Friday, the last day you can call for refund is Monday that week.) you will get refund of £20.
If you call us at later date you will not receive any refund.

8. Reschedule test policy.

You may reschedule Your test. You must do this by calling Us on 0845 519 0015. Please note You need to do it 3 full working days before Your test is due. Do not include the day you call on and the day of test. For example if you test on Friday, the last day you can re-schedule is Monday that week.

9. Our responsibility.

City Safety Solutions is not responsible if:

  • candidate fails or do not arrive to test centre on time
  • candidate provides us with incorrect information
  • chooses to do wrong type of test

10. Data protection Policy.

All data collected will be entered onto our database and will be kept securely. Details required to process credit/debit card payments are destroyed daily.

Customer's contact details(address, phone ,email etc) will be used only for purpose of booking test. Also we will use this data for accounting purposes(eg. raising invoices). We will store this data for further 6 years after which all information will be destroyed. We do not pass any customer's information to third parties.
